Director, EO Accelerator Communities

The Director of Communities leads the community engagement and experience strategy for EO Accelerator’s global network of trainers and accountability coaches, overseeing community strategy, peer learning infrastructure, volunteer engagement, program alignment, and systems to scale these efforts effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Preferred in education, organizational development, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in community management, program leadership, or education design, preferably in entrepreneurial ecosystems or associations. Proven experience managing distributed, volunteer-driven communities at scale. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver adult education programs; experience with virtual and hybrid learning models preferred. Strong understanding of entrepreneurial/startup ecosystems and the unique needs of founder-led businesses. Superior organizational, communication, and leadership skills with demonstrated experience scaling initiatives. High comfort level with digital collaboration tools (e.g., CRMs, Monday.com, Concur). Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize projects, and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and poise. Strong attention to detail and solution-based thinking. Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow. Comfort and proficiency in working across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
