Requirements Provide lending domain expertise to clients, focusing on end-to-end loan origination, credit assessment, and loan servicing systems. Support sales and pre-sales activities by demonstrating solutions tailored to lending workflows, crafting proposals, and client presentations aligned with industry best practices. Assist clients in defining their digital transformation strategies relating to lending, including process automation and system customization where required. Conduct requirements gathering, process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design for lending processes. Lead system configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation for loan management software. Help clients establish controls and best practices for lending operations—such as credit approval workflows and borrower onboarding. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and client staff on lending systems and capabilities.
