Job Description: Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Case Manager with experience supporting insurance claims processes to join our team. This role is essential in managing and coordinating the administrative aspects of claims to ensure timely and accurate handling. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Monthly Compensation: 800 USD to 1000 USD Job Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Opening insurance claims •Sending letters of representation •Requesting medical records •Preparing demands and liens for insurance companies Key Skills • Good communication and organizational skills • Proactive rather than reactionary • Takes ownership of their work and doesn’t wait to be told what to do • Strong sense of urgency • Accountability • Reliability • Self-starter • Task-focused execution Requirements • 1 year of experience in a Case Manager role •Experience in client communication •Strong proficiency in written and spoken English •Experience working with case management software •Experience with e-filing and electronic document organization •Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) •A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work Software • Clio • PracticePanther or any other case management tool.
