As a key member of our Legal & Security's Innovation and Emerging Solutions Team, you'll be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams by designing user-focused legal technology solutions. About the Role: In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the chance to: Lead discovery sessions with legal subject matter experts to understand their needs and create user personas, journeys, and wireframes for feedback and prototyping Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of the vision, accounting for stakeholder needs, resources, budgets, and timelines Obtain feedback from stakeholders and iterate on solutions as needed, capturing the value achieved through metrics and reporting mechanisms What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience, with 3+ years of relevant experience in user experience and design Experience working with developers and other IT professionals, with a strong understanding of user needs and design principles Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications: If you have any of the following, you'll be a standout candidate: Master's degree or certifications in PMP, Agile, Design Thinking, or Facilitation Experience with wireframe and prototyping software, as well as knowledge of digital design principles and technologies like ServiceNow and Contract Lifecycle Management systems A deep understanding of Verizon Legal and a strong ability to conceptualize and present compelling business cases What We Offer: At Verizon, we're committed to providing a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages authenticity and fosters a sense of belonging.
