Senior Actuary - Large Group Opportunity

As a Senior Actuary - Large Group, you'll be empowered to play a key role in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient, and affordable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of trend analytics, documentation, and communication to support market actuaries in assumption setting during the large group rate review Provide local market actuarial support to the Central Region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop market-specific growth strategies Participate in the National Large Group Rate Review process, providing valuable feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement Build and facilitate the creation of initiatives to drive down cost structure, taking full ownership of complex assignments and acting as a trusted lead for the market Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of actuarial experience ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation Strong technical, analytical, and financial skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior healthcare experience and ability to think creatively and use multiple data sources to assess and develop business strategies What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $75,400.00 - $182,549.40 Eligibility for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program Award target in the company's equity award program Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on well-being and work-life balance How to Apply: If you're a motivated and experienced actuary looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
