Senior Administration Specialist: Pricing

Join Our Team and Shape the Future of Financial Services We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Specialist: Pricing to join our team at Old Mutual, a leading provider of Group Life, Funeral, and Disability products in South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating tenders, analyzing claims experience, and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Screen and analyze new business tender requests and compile claims experience for larger arrangements Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and intermediaries Respond to and resolve enquiries from various stakeholders and clients, providing a hassle-free service and delivering results in a professional and timely manner Conform to Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders and provide quality service to clients and intermediaries Process documentation, provide administrative support, and deliver on daily production standards Requirements: Matric (with Mathematics) and insurance industry experience Working knowledge of pricing and rating principles in a group risk environment In-depth knowledge and experience working within and pricing in a Group Assurance/Risk environment Proven numerical ability, mathematical reasoning skills, and computer literacy (MS Office) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and customer-centricity What We Offer: A competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a leading financial services organization A dynamic and progressive work environment with a focus on employee experience and customer satisfaction The chance to work with a diverse and talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization How to Apply: If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for service excellence, please apply now.
