Basic Requirements: ? 5+ years of experience in marketing and design, particularly in using PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain design choices and concepts to non-design team members. ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively. ? Portfolio is needed Bonus Skills: ? Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Linear, and Slack. ?
