Customer Support - Data Entry Specialist

Description: ? We are looking for a full-time, remote, Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team! ? The Customer Support Specialist will assist with important customer service and data entry duties while supporting our internal Account Management teams, client and Wellness Program participants. ? They will shine with exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and solid computer know-how. ? This position is a fully remote position, with the option to work 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Eastern. Requirements: ? 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferred ? Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace ? Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently ? Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications ?
