Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Centre Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Picking, checking, and packing of sales orders and transfer orders with high accuracy and efficiency Working with scanners to update all stock movements and conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies Reworking products for specific customers and maintaining a high level of quality control Conducting regular stock inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to senior management Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any breaches to senior management Performing routine maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment and ensuring all necessary safety gear is in good working order Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment (required) Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail Fluency in English language (required) Warehouse machinery licenses (preferred) Ability to lift 25kg and work in a physically demanding environment What We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment Generous vacation and personal days, plus additional time off for volunteering and other activities Access to an Employee Assistance Program and Development Grants First dibs on new products and a generous discount on DECIEM products About Us: DECIEM is a rapidly growing company that values people, animals, and the Earth.
