As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service activities, including dispatching deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers Ensure Delivery Drivers receive daily schedules and create order tickets for Delivery Drivers Collect serial numbers and completion times from Delivery Drivers and provide ETAs to the Customer Service department for time-sensitive deliveries Requirements: 2+ years of Dispatching or equivalent experience preferred Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Dispatching Software Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills Remote position - must have access to reliable internet service Additional Information: All applicants must pass a national criminal background check to be considered for the position Shift Details: Part-Time Weekends Only (12 hours per Weekend) Training Class to commence on Saturday, January 11, 2025 (approx. 3-4 weeks) At AdvaCare Systems, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects all employees.
