Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality virtual instruction to students with special needs, utilizing a range of teaching strategies and technologies. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student. Collaborate with students, parents, and fellow team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and technologies in special education, and adapt your teaching methods accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Proven experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs. Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to create and implement effective strategies and accommodations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Tech-savvy and proficient in utilizing virtual teaching platforms, educational software, and assistive technologies.
