Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time)

Opportunity: 6-month contract (with likely extensions)
Pay: $19/hour
Location: Remote (must sit in NC)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11-3
Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards. ? Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis. ? Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures. ? Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Effective oral and written communication skills. ? Payroll processing knowledge preferred. ? SAP experience preferred.
