Position Overview:

As a 1099 contractor, you will work with diverse learners, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensuring that each student receives the personalized support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs. ? Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with parents and other professionals. ? Provide insight, direct instruction and support to students through virtual platforms. ? Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual learning goals.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master?s preferred). ? Valid Maryland teaching certification in Special Education. ? Experience working with students with diverse learning needs. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
