As a Principal Coordinator in Reconciliation and Control you will execute activities in a fast-paced, multi-function team operation tasked with delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Responsibilities: ? Reconcile General Ledger activity for both general and complex reconciliations within assigned scope including maintaining GL health ? Develop Subject Matter Expertise within role ? Create and process journal entries with accuracy and appropriate supporting documentation ? Monitor correspondence and respond timely ? Report General Ledger exceptions to partner LOB's as needed ? Contribute to decks/reporting, process documentation and projects as required per leadership ? Identify issues, trends and recommend automation/process improvements ? Escalate issues appropriately and work with partner teams to resolve ? Active participant in Team Meetings, Weekly Stand Ups and Partner Meetings ? Maintain a risk and controls focus ? Review weekly schedule for updates and conflicts ? Review, update, and follow procedures and job aids to minimize process errors ? Train and partner with others as requested. ? Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions ? Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required ? Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions ? High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification ? At least 1 year of Banking experience ? At least 1 year of Google Suite experience ? At least 1 year of reconciliation or accounting experience Preferred Qualifications: ? At least 2years experience in Google Suite experience ?
