What You Will Do: You will handle customer inquiries with precision and care through live chat... and email, ensuring a seamless experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract Length: Open-ended, with no fixed term

Requirements:

Must have a device capable of accessing internet applications (laptop, phone, or tablet).
Reliable internet connection.
Basic proficiency in English writing.
Skills/Background Needed:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to multitask and handle simultaneous conversations with patience and professionalism.
No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided to prepare you for success in this role.
Hours per Week: Flexible; based on your availability.
