Responsibilities:
Website Design and Editing:
? Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
? Implement design changes, updates, and enhancements using WordPress and other major website builders.
? Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Content Management:
? Update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
? Utilize design tools to enhance visual elements and overall aesthetics.
? Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the website.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
? Identify and resolve website issues promptly.
? Provide technical support for website-related inquiries.
? Collaborate with developers and IT teams to address complex technical challenges.
User Training and Documentation:
? Conduct training sessions for internal users on website management.
? Develop documentation and tutorials for website-related processes.
? Assist users in understanding and utilizing website features effectively.
Quality Assurance:
? Perform regular website audits to identify and address any issues.
? Conduct testing to ensure compatibility with various browsers and devices.
? Implement best practices for website performance and security.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in website design and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
? Proficiency in WordPress and other major website builders (e.g., Wix, Squarespace).

Education and Experience:
