Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors Maintain professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of your work What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates ($21-$26 per hour) and bonuses up to $4,000 Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth and development University partnerships, supervision, practicum, and mentoring for aspiring BCBAs Tuition discounts with our partners Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification assistance and FREE 40-hour course Requirements: Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year 1-year ABA/RBT experience or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children About Us: Key Autism Services is a leading provider of autism treatment services, dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
