Company: Flawless Freight LLC Location: Remote (Work From Home) Hours: PST (Pacific Standard Time) Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience) About Us We are a growing auto transport company specializing in moving vehicles throughout California and surrounding states. We operate a 9-car auto-hauler and are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated dispatcher to keep our truck moving efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with all regulations. Position Overview As our Remote Dispatcher, you’ll be the main point of contact for our driver, brokers, shippers, and vendors. This role requires exceptional communication, operational management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Dispatch & Load Booking: Secure profitable loads via Central Dispatch, load boards, and direct outreach to brokers, dealerships, and shippers. • Outreach & Relationship Building: Proactively contact potential customers and maintain strong relationships for repeat business. • Scheduling Maintenance: Coordinate routine and emergency truck/trailer maintenance. • Tracking Loads: Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery with real-time updates. • Route & Time Management: Plan efficient schedules to maximize capacity and reduce downtime. • Compliance Oversight: Track and manage driver logs, hours of service (HOS), and DOT compliance requirements. • Ticket & Violation Management: Keep records of traffic tickets, roadside inspections, and safety violations; ensure timely resolution. • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate load logs, expenses, and driver documentation. • Excel Reporting: Use Excel for load tracking, profitability analysis, schedules, and compliance records. Qualifications • Minimum 2+ years of dispatching experience (auto transport or trucking industry preferred) • Fluent English (written & spoken) with excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Central Dispatch and/or auto transport dispatching preferred • Comfortable with outreach and cold calling to secure new loads/accounts • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking data, basic formulas, and reporting) • Understanding of DOT/FMCSA compliance and HOS regulations a plus • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ideal Personality Traits We’re looking for someone who is: • Self-Motivated & Driven – Takes initiative without constant supervision • Proactive – Always securing the next load to prevent downtime • Personable & Persuasive – Builds rapport easily with brokers, drivers, and shippers • Detail-Oriented – Tracks compliance, paperwork, and load details without errors • Problem Solver – Stays calm and creative when schedules or routes change unexpectedly • Resilient & Positive – Handles high-pressure situations with a good attitude Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday (PST hours) • Occasional weekend availability preferred Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience) – Competitive pay with performance-based opportunities How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your dispatching experience, outreach skills, compliance knowledge, and Excel proficiency.
