The Interior Design Society (IDS) is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our membership team by ensuring accurate and up-to-date member records. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision. The specialist will be responsible for updating member records, completing a weekly transaction log, and approving membership profiles.
This temporary position will last for a minimum of 6 months with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in High Point, NC.
Key Responsibilities: ? Accurately update and maintain member records in the association?s database. ? Review and approve membership profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy. ? Complete a weekly transaction log, tracking membership updates, payments, and adjustments. ? Assist with general administrative data tasks as needed. ? Maintain confidentiality and security of all member information. Qualifications & Skills: ? Prior experience in data entry, record-keeping, or administrative support. ? Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data processing. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database management systems. ? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently. ? Compensation & Duration: ? $20 per hour ? 10 hours per week ? Minimum commitment of 6 months
