In this role, the team member will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of customer problems. The main method of communication will be through phone interactions with customers. It will be essential to respond to customer issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):
? Preferred: Hands-on experience with supported vehicles and/or performance products.
? Ability to maintain concentration while on the phone for 6-8 hours per day.
? High School Diploma and/or GED
? Availability to work Monday through Friday.
? Preferred: One year of customer service/technical support experience.
? Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, as well as automotive tuning technology in general.
? Learn about customers' use of various products and assist in verifying that their applications work as

expected
