Sr Business Manager, Country Lead - Capital One Shopping (Remote-Eligible) This is your opportunity to join the fast-growing International team on Capital One?s fast-growing consumer app: Capital One Shopping. Within Capital One, the Shopping team is working on a new consumer product that seeks to change the way people buy things online. The Country Lead will be responsible for the P&L performance, operational efficiency, and overall success of one of Shopping?s international markets. These markets have significant headroom for growth and optimization, making this a great opportunity for a self-starter with a strong ownership mindset to drive impact. The role is highly cross-functional, working with teammates within Shopping and the broader Capital One enterprise. Strong communication and relationship building skills will be essential. The Country Lead should be comfortable autonomously managing work that runs the gamut from highly-detailed (such as product localization or country legal requirements) to analytical (such as growth opportunity estimations or historical diagnostics), to strategic (such as overall growth strategy) ? and able to transition quickly between these. Ownership in prioritizing work based on business value and urgency level, as well as general efficiency and creative problem solving will also be critical for this role. Overview: As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. Execution: Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Remote (Regardless of Location): $146,500 - $167,200 for Sr. Business Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate?s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
