Remote Virtual Bookkeeper.

Main Duties and Tasks
.Build and maintain two QuickBook accounts
?Review transactions and place them in their proper fields
?Prepare and submit EOM statements and EOY financials to the Executive Director and Accountant
?Suggest methodologies to simplify our receivables through automation- QuickBooks
?Assist the team in learning how to invoice through QuickBooks
?Share Best Practices to help with smart growth
?Run billing, client, and other reports on a routine basis

?In-depth understanding of accounting rules
?Must be authorized to work in the US

Technical Skills
?Required: Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks
?Required: Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
?Preferred: Familiarity with Payment Processing, and the QuickBooks SaaS solution
