What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Source and recruit for technology and digital teams across various IT skill sets
? Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
? Collaborate with executive leadership on high-priority roles
? Work with a coordinator to facilitate the interview process for candidates
? Lead initiatives related to internships, career fairs, and other HR tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting
? Proficiency in various technical roles, including software engineering and infrastructure engineering
? Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
? Proven ability to track and report on open requirements
? Experience refining job requirements in collaboration with executive stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with Oracle's ATS system
? Experience using Monday.com
