Responsibilities include:
? Having conversations with customers, clients, and employees to address daily issues within and outside the organization.
Place customer//client needs as the highest priority
? Provide useful advice on the product or service.
? Updating account information to keep customer records current.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent;
? Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
? Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
? Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
