Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred) ? Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace ? Proficient in basic computer applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) ? Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
