? Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization.
? Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials.
? Maintain a professional online presence, including content optimization and updates.
? Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes, and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
? Streamline operational workflows
? Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
? Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile)
? Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
? Proven experience as a Project Management Operations
? Capable of handling various tasks and providing support in a dynamic work -environment.
? Relevant qualification in project coordination/management.
? Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
