Requirements:
? Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor?s degree preferred
? Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential or ability to register within 60 days
? Specialized training from Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery
? Minimum one year experience with youth
? Ability to work with diverse populations
? Ability to model appropriate behaviors in challenging situations
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to manage individual stress effectively
? Must pass a criminal background check
? Must be 21 years or older
