• Utilize knowledge of American Airlines products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
