We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team, responsible for presenting products in a way that will attract the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. Position Overview: Location: Remote (Salisbury, Dover, and other locations) Position: Merchandiser - Small Store (5-Day Workweek) Compensation: Competitive salary ($123.20 - $154.00 per day, depending on experience) Company: Workwarp Start Date: Immediate openings available We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Paid training Paid time off plus paid holidays 401(k) with company matching Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Group health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and disability) Basic and supplemental life insurance Job Responsibilities: As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: Maintaining and merchandising products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures and special programs Filling and merchandising coolers within outlets and on sales floors Organizing and maintaining back room coolers and disposing of cardboard and plastic Fostering business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive communication Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) Prior customer service experience (retail setting preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse customers Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively) Ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision Critical thinking skills Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Valid in-state driver's license Excellent driving history Proof of insurance policy Work Environment: The work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas.
