Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Mountain Home, AR. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are properly displayed and maintained at retail outlets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards Maintain appropriate product levels, shelf allocation, and cold drink equipment Provide excellent customer service through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up Maintain a clean and neat appearance, and adhere to company appearance standards Utilize personal vehicle to travel between stores on assigned route, with mileage reimbursement Meet customer service expectations, and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers Train new and existing employees, and complete training checklists Maintain merchandising standards, rotate products, and transport point of sale advertising and coupons Report market conditions, low stock conditions, and any unsafe conditions to management Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required One year of general work experience, with minimal supervision Twelve months of prior Pull-Up experience with the company, with satisfactory performance appraisal Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack, and lift/move product Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Ability to read, respond to common inquiries, and perform basic mathematical calculations What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to work with a thriving team Mileage reimbursement for travel between stores Professional development and training opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated individual who is ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply now.
