Member Experience Advisor - Affluent Member Relationship Expert

Join our dynamic team as a Member Experience Advisor and play a key role in delivering exceptional financial experiences to our affluent members! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a primary point of contact for a select group of affluent members, providing personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships. As a Member Experience Advisor, you will be a front-line leader, responsible for driving member satisfaction, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the growth of our credit union. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for affluent and select members, managing their complete banking and investment relationships using a proactive, consultative approach. Advice-Based Banking: Manage member relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring members receive the best financial and investment products and services tailored to their needs. Proactive Financial Needs Assessment: Identify changes in members' life events and banking needs to recommend relevant financial solutions. Product and Service Expertise: Stay knowledgeable about current financial products, rates, and trends to educate and guide members effectively. Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor all levels of branch Member Experience Professionals, passing on skills, knowledge, and information to enhance their performance and success. Requirements: High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year as a Member Experience Professional NMLS Certification, CUNA, FL/CA Notary, Medallion Signature Guarantee Certification, State Insurance License, FINRA 6, 63, and 7 required Excellent member service and conflict resolution skills; effective sales skills; strong problem-solving skills Ability to use a personal computer and related software applications, including Microsoft Outlook Experience in Episys, Springboard, and Verafin preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary: $66,560 to $79,500 annually Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits Opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment Apply Now and join our team as a Member Experience Advisor!
