? Collaborate in determining coverage and access options for specific medications or procedures.
? Collect and analyze information related to payer coverage and claim submission processes.
? Clearly communicate complex reimbursement and billing information to healthcare professionals, office staff, and patients.
? Educate provider offices on local and regional payer coverage policies, coding changes, and claims submission processes.
? Assist offices in understanding and resolving denied or underpaid claims.
? Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a compassionate and seamless experience for all callers.
Qualifications
? Must-Have Requirements:*
? Detail-oriented with professional telephone etiquette.
? Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask effectively.
? Strong understanding of medical terminology.
? Minimum of two years of billing and coding experience preferred.
? Bachelor's degree in arts and sciences, social work, public health administration, or related field preferred.
? Billing and coding diploma or certificate strongly preferred.
? High School diploma or equivalent required.

? Work Schedule: Full-time position, Monday-Friday between 8 am and 8 pm.
