Manager, Project | Retail Bank Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution Team

About the position As a Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute high-priority projects within the Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution team. This role involves overseeing financial controls and governance for Retail Bank's Real Estate Operations and Capital Investment, ensuring effective vendor management and financial analytics to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities • Lead projects and programs, providing strategic direction to teams and partners. , • Develop, monitor, and present financial forecasts and budgets for Retail Bank's Facility Management and Capital Plan. , • Implement and improve financial controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance. , • Negotiate and track Third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). , • Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact for finance, utility management, payroll, etc. , • Use problem-solving and influencing skills to mitigate risk and align stakeholders. , • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support. , • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes. , • Execute the team's mission to inform, influence, and support decision-making through financial analytics and transparency.
