Our focus is to provide borrowers with competitive rates, fast closings, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Assist loan officer in setting up new loan files. • Assure files are meeting SLA requirements. • Notify and/or assist loan officers in resolving SLA violations • Speak with investor account executives to gain high subject matter knowledge on products offered • Achieve a high subject matter level on renovation loans. • Assist with structuring loans. • Satisfy tickets relating to pricing or scenarios issued by loan officers. • Assist Loan Officers in pricing out scenarios. • Continuously communicate with investors to stay on top of new loan products. • Follow up with stale or canceled files to see if opportunities exist to the resale client. Qualifications • NMLS License • 2 years of experience • Understand loan process file flow. • Understand the required documents for refinance and purchase loans. • Loan product knowledge a plus • Desire to learn new loan products.
