The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through our live chat platform. Responsibilities
? Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform
? Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1+ years of customer service experience
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Experience with live chat platforms is a plus
