Your Role as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Supervising Clinician As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you will: Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth. Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families indirectly through your supervisees to create a holistic support system for each student. Focus on Outcomes: Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients. Maintain Supervisory Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system. Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care. What We're Looking For Qualifications: Active, independent clinical license in California as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends). Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages. Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities. Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions. Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
