Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to support our Pricing team and Strategic Marketing function. As a key member of our team, you will analyze sales data, visualize reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Your expertise will help drive business growth, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance our sales management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage, extract, and analyze data from sales and financial tools to identify trends, growth opportunities, and measure performance Develop and maintain knowledge of product and market segmentation, as well as data ecosystems in various production units Define, measure, visualize, and interpret key Sales KPIs, profitability, and data quality metrics Collaborate with data scientists and pricing specialists to develop competitive pricing strategies and implement process improvements Design and develop reports, dashboards, and user training programs to enhance sales management capabilities Support analytics for competence development activities and marketing demand generation Continuously improve process performance and data quality, driving implementation of pricing management systems across production units Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics or similar roles, with hands-on experience in data visualization and Power BI Strong skills in Excel, Power Pivot, and data modeling, with expertise in handling live connections from various data sources (SAP, SQL, etc.) Proficient in math skills (statistics, algebra), with a strong analytical mind and business acumen Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present pricing analysis reports to stakeholders Exposure to Python is an added advantage, with a strong foundation in data analytics, mining, generation, and visualization What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible, hybrid remote arrangement for a better work-life balance Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a global team How to Apply: If you are a motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for data analytics, please submit your application today.
