Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Analyst to join our team at Wells Fargo. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and testing security controls, assessing how business functions interact with technology, and tailoring initiatives to respond to technological trends while exceeding IT security standards. Job Summary: This is a full-time opportunity to work with a leading financial institution, focusing on data security examination, risk management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data security, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct data security interviews to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Data Security policies, procedures, and guidelines Perform remediation of security assessment audit issues, complex ad-hoc data, and responses to support data security risk management Provide guidance and direction in auditing assessment findings and mitigating controls to improve data security Identify and coordinate data resource portfolio vulnerabilities and certifications Provide advanced data aggregation and insights on data security risk exposure Develop and deliver Data Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Data Security Program guidelines Review and propose control standards for business impact and suggest modifications or clarifications as needed Direct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders Assess and interpret internal and Enterprise Data Security policies, procedures, and guidelines, and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve objectives Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of Data Security Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CRISC, or industry equivalent certification Experience with Power BI/Scene to create dashboards and interactive visual reports Related experience with large datasets from multiple sources Related experience in large enterprise environments and data security Our Culture: How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced information security professional looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application.
