Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Substitute Teachers to join our team in Illinois. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students, providing high-quality instruction and guidance in the absence of regular teachers. Key Highlights: Competitive salary: $125-$248.65 per day (including TRS), depending on assignment Immediate openings available, with partial and full days available on a regular basis Opportunities to work in various school districts, including Johnsburg School District 12 and Cary School District 26 Supportive team environment and professional development opportunities Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must hold one of the following: A valid Substitute Teaching License A Professional Educator License An Educator License with Stipulations A Paraprofessional License with a Bachelor's Degree If you do not already hold a qualifying license, we will assist you through the process of obtaining a Substitute Teaching License. You must also: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education Have completed at least 90 semester hours of coursework (for applicants enrolled in an approved Illinois educator preparation program) What We Offer: We will pay for you to complete a physical and background check. Substitute licenses are valid for substitute teaching in all grades of public schools, prekindergarten through grade 12, and are valid for 5 years, with the option to renew with payment of registration fees.
