As a Center Store Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Unloading deliveries and stocking shelves with products, ensuring accurate placement and rotation Maintaining attractive and organized product displays and endcaps to enhance the shopping experience Providing exceptional customer service, including answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues Monitoring inventory levels, performing regular inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records Ensuring all products are properly labeled with prices and expiration dates Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, including sweeping, mopping, and performing other cleaning duties as needed Collaborating with other store associates and departments to ensure efficient store operations Assisting with training new associates and supporting other store areas during peak times To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a grocery or retail environment (a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Clean driving record Working conditions for this role include: Standing and walking for extended periods Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs Physical requirements for this role include: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to endure elements outside We Want to Hear From You!
