Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERC Tutor/Resource Assistant to join our team at Cossatot Community College of the University of Arkansas, Nashville Campus. As a key member of our Educational Resource Center, you will provide academic support to students, assist with ERC operations, and contribute to the development of tutoring materials and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Provide tutoring and assistance to students in all academic courses Develop tutoring materials and strategies to support student needs Collaborate with faculty to ensure tutoring meets academic needs and quality standards Participate in ERC training sessions and staff meetings Maintain records regarding tutoring services and utilize library circulation system and textbook inventory management software Travel to other campuses as directed by supervisor (additional compensation provided for travel) Requirements: Completion of at least 20 college credit hours with a strong GPA Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word Strong MLA style writing, grammar, and technical/computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain student confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work up to 25 hours per week, including some weekend work during academic semesters What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $13 per hour Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a supportive and inclusive environment Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: To apply, please submit your application, including a cover letter, resume, and unofficial/official transcripts, through the University of Arkansas System Career Site.
