Influencer & Partnership Associate

Join our dynamic team at Yourgi as an Influencer & Partnership Associate, where you'll play a key role in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and fostering meaningful partnerships with pet-related brands, nonprofits, and events. Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to assist in the planning and execution of influencer and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As an Influencer & Partnership Associate, you will research and identify potential creators and partners, coordinate campaign logistics, and maintain a system for tracking performance and collecting assets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer and UGC campaigns that align with Yourgi's voice and values Research and outreach to potential creators and partners, with a focus on pet-related brands, nonprofits, and events Coordinate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and approvals for influencer and UGC collaborations Support inbound and outbound partnership opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Track campaign performance, collect assets, and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in pet culture, influencer marketing, and content creation Collaborate with Social and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals across all content touchpoints Build and manage Yourgi's asset library of influencer, UGC, and partnership content Requirements and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, and UGC (agency or in-house) Deep understanding of creator culture and influencer platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Strong project coordination, communication, and time management skills Creative eye and passion for storytelling through social content Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Google Workspace, and influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence) Enthusiasm for pets, pet parents, and building community through meaningful relationships Portfolio showcasing past work related to influencer/UGC campaigns, affiliate, or brand partnerships What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, long & short-term disability, and Life insurance Startup mentality company with stable funding and opportunities for growth 401k match and flexible time off Pet care discounts and a dynamic work environment Opportunity to grow your career with a network of like-minded professionals Apply for this job
