What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
? Collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system
? Verify product and service details according to regulations and guidelines
? Provide basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment
? Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
? Strong background in customer service
? Basic computer and internet skills, along with passing a typing test
? Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
? Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
? Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
? Proficient in medical terminology
