Responsibilities
? Input and update customer and project information into our databases promptly and accurately.
? Verify the accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed.
? Compile and prepare reports for management as requested.
? Assist in maintaining filing systems and archiving documents.
? Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data management processes.
? Help ensure... compliance with data privacy regulations.
? Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
? Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar administrative role.
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
? Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
? Able to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
