Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Responsibilities
? Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints.
? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
? Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
? Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction.
