? Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits
? This is a call center / customer service type position
? Will receive about 30-40 calls per day
? 2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service related position
? Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer)
? Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
? Computer savvy
? Excellent communication both verbal and written
? Must have excellent customer service skills
? Must be comfortable answering phone calls
? Must be able to work well with others
? Must be polite
? Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses
? Experience with medical terminology

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
