Customer Service Agent - Entry Level
Description:
? Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
? Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
? Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
? Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
? Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members.
? Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
? Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
? Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.
? Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed.
? Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
Requirements: ? Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields. ? Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. ? Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
