Call Center Pharmacy Technician I

- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound calls for refill requests and fulfill medication renewal requests
- Maintain licensure and certification while completing all Continuing Education expectations
- Coordinate with center care teams to overcome barriers preventing patients from receiving refills
- Document patient requests and monitor CareReq queue for completion of open requisitions
- Make outbound calls to pharmacies on behalf of the patient when needed
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience required
- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- US work authorization
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, medical Spanish a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Ability to execute daily responsibilities with minimal supervision
