We provide support to thousands of physicians and clinical staff throughout the country. Looking for dedicated employees who want to work daily Monday through Friday. This is an employee position, $16 an hour to start, with growth opportunities!! Put your knowledge to work helping patients get the care they need while working in your own home! VERY BUSY CALL CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES: Screen and Route patient calls. Assist patients looking for appointments, leave messages for physicians. Document call information. Salary $16/HR 30 to 32.5 hours a week. Operational 8am to 5pm EST. Monday through Friday! IDEAL CANDIDATES: ?Bilingual (Spanish) a PLUS! ?Able to multi-task ?Able to work with heavy inbound phone ?Comprehensive Knowledge of Medical Terminology. ?Ability to work in multiple windows on computer. ?Designated work computer with 2 screens ?High speed Internet (no satellite) ?Quiet Environment Required ?EMR experience a PLUS ?WINDOWS 10 Computer ?Good Phone presence required. ?Excellent verbal, grammar and spelling skills necessary.
