What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to the line of business, including creation and termination
• Perform routine data entry, processing, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop relationships with customers, associates, or vendors to streamline service experiences
• Troubleshoot issues for both internal and external parties, providing effective resolutions
• Assist in the promotion and distribution of banking products or services

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to perform various operational tasks during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
• Experience with Salesforce
• Preference for candidates residing within the Eastern Standard Time Zone
